Delivery, marketing and after-sales policy
Order fulfilment, marketing materials and warranty and returns policy are gathered in one place, so dealers can explain them clearly during quotation and delivery.
From order to after-sales
Once an order is confirmed, we prepare, ship and follow up on after-sales through the standard process. Milestones and lead times are confirmed with the order.

- 1
Order confirmation
Verify model, quantity and delivery details, confirm lead time and create the order.
- 2
Preparation and inspection
Prepare the order, complete factory inspection and check packaging.
- 3
Dispatch and logistics
Dispatch as agreed and share logistics information and arrival time.
- 4
Receipt and inspection
Check quantity and appearance on receipt; report any issue within the agreed window.
- 5
After-sales follow-up
Provide installation guidance and technical support for usage questions.

Warranty and returns policy
The structure of the policy is outlined below. Specific terms follow the documents shipped with the product and the partnership agreement.

Under normal use, the product body is covered by warranty; specific scope follows the warranty terms shipped with the product.
Warranty period
The warranty period is set by product line and runs from the factory or installation date, as agreed in the contract.
